Privacy Policy – Artemis Social Manager

Artemis Social Manager ("the App") is a private tool used only by its owner, the creator behind the accounts "Artemis Bold" (Instagram @artemisbold and @schmartemis, Threads @artemisbold, TikTok @artemisbold and @artemis.bold, X @artemisbold, @artemisbold2 and @artemisbold3). It helps the owner plan his own posts, read the statistics of his own accounts and reply to comments on his own posts. The App is not offered to the public and has no other users.

2. What data the App uses
- From the owner's own accounts (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X): account ID, username, follower count, the owner's own posts and their statistics (views, likes, comments, shares, saves, reach), and access tokens.
- Comments on the owner's own posts: the commenter's username, the comment text and its time. The App shows them to the owner so that he can reply. A reply is only posted when the owner writes or approves it and presses "Send". The App never sends direct messages and never contacts anyone on its own.
- The App does not collect personal data of anyone else, does not build profiles of commenters and does not use data for advertising.
3. Where data is stored
All data is stored on a private server rented by the owner (Hetzner, Germany), which is not reachable from the public internet and is protected by a PIN. Access tokens are stored in files readable only by the App. No data is sold or shared for advertising.
4. Third-party services
- Meta (Instagram, Threads), TikTok and X: data is read from and posts/replies are sent to these platforms only through their official APIs.
- Anthropic (Claude): the owner's own images, videos and captions, and the text of comments on his posts, are sent to Anthropic's API to check posts against platform guidelines and to suggest captions and reply drafts. No access tokens are sent to Anthropic.
5. Retention
Comments are kept for at most 30 days and then deleted automatically. Statistics of the owner's own posts are kept as long as the owner uses the App.
6. Deleting data (data deletion instructions)
- The owner can disconnect the App at any time in the Instagram app (Settings → Website permissions / Apps and websites), in the Threads app (Settings → Account → Website permissions), in TikTok (Security → Manage app permissions) and in X (Settings → Connected apps). Stored tokens are then deleted from the server.
- Anyone who commented on the owner's posts and wants their comment data deleted from the App can send an email to m.onano@icloud.com with their username. The data is deleted within 7 days and the deletion is confirmed by email.
