1. About the App

Artemis Social Manager ("the App") is a private tool. It is used only by its owner to prepare his own photos and videos, check them against platform guidelines and upload them as drafts to his own TikTok accounts (@artemisbold and @artemis.bold). The App is not offered to other users.

2. Use of TikTok

The App uses the official TikTok API only. It does not post anything without the owner's approval; uploads arrive as drafts in the TikTok app, where the owner reviews and publishes them himself. The owner remains responsible for all content and for following TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. No warranty

The App is provided as is, without any warranty. Automated guideline checks are an aid and do not guarantee that content complies with TikTok's rules.

4. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
